Privacy Policy

Scope and responsible operator

This Policy applies to ELARUNE websites, accounts, generation tools, galleries, support, referral, credit and payment features. “ELARUNE”, “we” and “us” mean the service operator identified through ELARUNE’s official billing or support communications. This Policy does not govern independent websites or wallet software you choose to use.

Data we collect

• Account and eligibility data: email address, display name, password hash, date of birth, country or region, verification status, policy acceptances and referral relationships.
• Creator data: prompts, reference images, generated images or videos, selected settings, technical metadata, generation status and moderation or provider responses.
• Payment data: wallet address, selected chain, public transaction identifiers, token amounts, packages, confirmations, credits, vouchers and ledger entries. We do not need or request wallet private keys or seed phrases.
• Technical and safety data: IP and network address, timestamps, browser and device information, cookies or local-storage preferences, rate-limit signals, audit logs, suspected abuse and security events.
• Communications: messages, reports, evidence and contact details you send to official support.

Why we use data

We process data to create and secure accounts; verify age and email; provide generations; temporarily store and deliver media; calculate credits and referral rewards; confirm blockchain payments; prevent fraud and prohibited content; support users; maintain records; improve reliability; enforce policies; and satisfy legal obligations.

Depending on applicable law, the legal basis may be performance of our contract, your consent, compliance with law, protection of vital interests, or our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

AI processing and sensitive content

Prompts and uploaded media are transmitted to the model provider selected for the requested feature and to infrastructure needed to deliver the result. Providers may process data in other countries and may apply their own automated safety review. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share.

Adult or intimate material can reveal highly sensitive information. Use the 18+ area only with the informed consent of every depicted adult. We may process policy acknowledgements, safety signals and reports to prevent non-consensual or unlawful material.

Email verification and anti-abuse services

We use an email delivery provider, currently Resend, to send account-verification and service messages. Email address, message delivery metadata and verification links are processed for that purpose.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and related security signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process device, network and interaction data under its own privacy terms. These checks are security controls and are not used as proof of identity.

Wallets and public blockchains

Connecting a wallet exposes the selected public address to the site. Payment transactions, addresses, amounts and contract interactions are recorded permanently on public blockchains and cannot be erased by ELARUNE. We link the minimum transaction information needed to an order and account for confirmation, support, fraud prevention and financial records.

When data is shared

We share data only as reasonably necessary with hosting and object-storage operators, AI model providers, email delivery and anti-abuse services, blockchain RPC and indexing services, operational support providers, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Processors receive the data needed for their role and are expected to protect it.

We may disclose data to protect users, investigate fraud, respond to valid legal process, enforce policies, or complete a reorganization or transfer of the service with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data for money.

International processing

ELARUNE is an online service using providers and infrastructure in multiple countries, so data may be transferred and processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or another lawful transfer mechanism. Local privacy and government-access rules may differ.

Retention and deletion

Generated and uploaded working media is designed to be temporary and may be automatically deleted as early as five days after a generation completes; failed, expired or unsafe files may be removed sooner. Download any output you want to keep. Provider-side temporary copies and disaster-recovery backups may follow separate, limited deletion cycles.

We retain account, consent, verification, credit, referral, transaction, security, complaint and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax or accounting duties. Retention varies by record and applicable law. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, unless preservation is legally required.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Requests may require reasonable identity verification, and some information may be retained when law or compelling safety, fraud, transaction or legal-record needs apply.

Browser controls can clear local preferences. You may disconnect a wallet at any time, but public blockchain data remains public. Contact official support to submit a privacy request and state the country whose law you believe applies.

Children

ELARUNE is not offered to anyone under 18 or under the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly permit minors to register. If you believe a minor supplied personal data or appears in prohibited material, report it immediately through official support so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security and account protection

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect data, including hashed passwords, access controls, encrypted transport, limited-lifetime links, rate limiting and audit trails. No system is perfectly secure. Use a unique password, protect your email account and wallet, and report suspected compromise promptly.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy for legal, security, provider or product changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice or consent where required. Privacy requests, reports and legal notices may be sent through the official support channel displayed on ELARUNE.
