18+ Content Policy

Adults only

The 18+ area is only for people who are at least 18 and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. If local law sets a higher age or prohibits adult or synthetic intimate content, that law controls and you must not access the area. An age declaration is a legal representation, not merely a preference setting.

Consent is mandatory

Every recognizable real person in source media or a requested output must be an adult who gave informed, specific, freely given and current consent to the recording or image, the requested AI transformation, and the intended possession and distribution of the result. Consent obtained for one purpose is not automatically consent for another.

You must stop using or sharing material if consent is withdrawn where applicable. ELARUNE may require reliable evidence of identity, age, rights and consent and may refuse a request when evidence is insufficient.

Minors and age ambiguity are prohibited

• Never upload, request, generate, edit, store or share sexualized material involving a person under 18, a person described or styled as under 18, or anyone whose adulthood is uncertain.
• Prohibited material includes attempts to “age up” a minor, sexualized school or childlike framing, youth-coded prompts, or using fictional, illustrated or synthetic presentation to evade this rule.
• If you encounter suspected child sexual exploitation material, do not download or redistribute it. Report it immediately through official support and to the appropriate local authority.

No non-consensual intimate imagery

Sexual deepfakes, nudification, hidden-camera material, coercive content, revenge imagery and any intimate alteration of a real person without the required consent are prohibited. A publicly available photograph, relationship, prior intimate exchange, payment or celebrity status does not create consent.

Do not target an identifiable public figure, creator, performer, colleague, former partner, customer or private individual for sexualized impersonation. Do not present synthetic intimate content as an authentic record of a real event.

Other prohibited adult content

• Trafficking, exploitation, coercion, incapacitation, threats, blackmail or content celebrating a lack of consent.
• Bestiality, sexual violence presented as real, illegal obscenity, or any content whose creation, possession or distribution is unlawful in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Incest involving real people, deceptive sexual advertising, sexual harassment, doxxing, or content intended to damage a person’s employment, safety or reputation.
• Instructions or tools intended to bypass safeguards, conceal prohibited conduct, or distribute prohibited material.

Rights in source media

You must own the source media or have a licence covering upload, AI processing and the intended output use. Copyright permission and personal consent are separate requirements; having one does not establish the other. You are responsible for releases, publicity rights and any platform-specific distribution rules.

Provider rules and no guarantee of generation

Model providers may impose stricter rules, automated screening or account-level restrictions. ELARUNE may reject or remove content even if another provider or jurisdiction appears to permit it. Access to an “18+” route does not promise uncensored output, successful generation or legality. Do not repeatedly rephrase a prohibited request to evade a refusal.

Privacy and temporary storage

Intimate media is highly sensitive. Upload only what is necessary and understand that prompts and media are transmitted to contracted model and infrastructure providers. Generated and uploaded working media may be deleted as early as five days after completion, but security, consent, transaction and complaint records may be retained longer. Distribution and synthetic-media transparency

Before publishing, confirm that every depicted person consented to that audience, platform and context. Follow age-gating, labeling, recordkeeping and takedown requirements that apply where you or viewers are located. Clearly disclose material as AI-generated or altered whenever omission could deceive, harm or violate law or platform rules.

Reports and urgent removal

Report suspected minors, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, coercion or unlawful material through ELARUNE’s official support channel. Provide the relevant generation, URL or account information and explain your connection to the report. We may preserve evidence, disable access, request verification and notify providers or competent authorities as permitted or required by law.

If you are depicted without consent, state that clearly and request restriction or removal. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services. Never send a private key or seed phrase with a report.

Enforcement

Violations may result in blocked requests, removal, loss of feature access, suspension or termination without credit refund, preservation of evidence, and reports to model providers, payment services or competent authorities. Evasion, repeated borderline requests and false consent statements are independent violations.

Your continuing responsibility

You are solely responsible for checking the age, identity, consent, rights, legality and distribution conditions relevant to every request and output. Technical access, a successful generation or lack of immediate moderation does not approve the content. This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; the strictest applicable requirement controls.
